<image:caption>What you are about to explore is a compilation of gifts from friends of Crafton Heritage. Each gift is given credit to the donor who graciously took the time to share their memories with us. Through their gifts we are able to catalog and use their contributions in compelling ways that will bridge the past and the present for you and for future generations. If you plan to reproduce any of these gifts in writing or through digital media, please notify us of your intent so that you can be sure to properly credit the donor and Crafton Heritage. If you are uncertain of how to do this, reach out to us at contact@craftonheritage.org. We welcome your voice and are here to listen and respond.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Home - Collections</image:title>
<image:caption>Our collections come from sharing. If you would like to contribute to our portfolio by sharing your stories, pictures, clippings, books, videos, and artifacts, etc., we will be sure to document your items with proper credits. We can then return them to you or pass them along to our affiliates who are more prepared to warehouse the originals for current and future generations. Our intent is not to be a warehouse, but to be a digital resource when you look for information about Crafton’s rich heritage. The home to the left was built by George Napier Glass est. 1906. Mr. Glass lived on Prospect Avenue in Ingram and in the 8th grade had to drop out of school to care for his mother after his father’s passing. He later formed Keystone Lumber which was located in the South Side of Pittsburgh. An article about this house can be found in the links section. This is the cover of a story that is still being written. Stay tuned for this to be published as it becomes available. If you have a story to share, we are happy to present it for you. Contact us at contact@craftonheritage.org. We are happy to help you tell it if it is not already written.</image:caption>

<image:caption>Here you will find the feature story of the month. We are always working on new stories. This story may be derived from one or many sources. The topic could be anything relevant to Crafton’s rich history. For example, you may learn about an article published in the past, an interview tied to someone close to the subject, and even an oral history with someone who can share their own experiences on the topic. Check back often for updates and new stories to spark your interest. Remember, if you have a story of your own and want to share it, we can be reached at contact@craftonheritage.org.
